The work
The Selvaggio Blu trek is a long and challenging trek along the unspoiled cliffs of the Gulf of Orosei on the east coast of the island of Sardinia. It has been called "Italy´s most difficult trek", probably with good reason: seven very tough days, with no roads or mountain huts, with difficult route finding and a lack of water, and, in addition, some very exposed sections on which it´s necessary to use a rope. This guide describes each stage and every section in great detail, and, beyond the maps provided, also gives precious hints and tips to best prepare you for tackling this stupendous Mediterranean adventure.
